Return & Exchange Eligibility

At Texking Clothing, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

 Wrong size delivered
 Defective or damaged product
 Incorrect item received

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, we may offer an alternate item or store credit.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items purchased on sale or discount
Undergarments or customized products (if applicable)
Items damaged due to misuse
Products without original tags


Refund Policy

We maintain a strict no-cash refund policy.

Refunds will only be issued in the following situations:

The product is out of stock after payment
The item is proven defective and cannot be replaced

Approved refunds will be processed via:

  • Bank transfer

  • Original payment method

  • Store credit (preferred)

Please allow 7–10 working days for refund processing.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.

  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, Texking will cover the delivery charges.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy.


Damaged Parcel

If you receive a damaged parcel:

Please contact us within 24 hours and share clear photos/video proof to help us resolve the issue quickly.
